王雅琴

个人简介

王雅琴,电子科技大学,电子信息材料与元器件专业,博士,讲师。研究方向:半导体薄膜与器件、电子信息材料与器件、材料界面与表面模拟计算、热电材料。参与国家自然基金项目和横向课题多项。近年来,在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Physical Chemistry Chemical Physcis, Applied Physcis Letters等国际学术期刊上发表论文多篇。
